Hello everyone, I had just gotten a surgery done to remove endometriosis on Dec 26. About a month after surgery I started getting this stabbing pain on my right side abdomen. It radiates to my lower back and down my right leg. Here and there it has also dropped me to my knees in pain. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before. ? If so did you find out what caused it ?

Contact 111 or your gp, your appendix might be on the turn, better to be safe than sorry, hope everything’s okay though hun x

Can that happen after the laparoscopy? They said my appendix was fine during surgery.

Not to scare you, but that over a month ago, things can change, your surgeon can only see what was on the outside of your appendix not if any gunk or nasties we’re building up on the inside, the appendix is a pouch after all, and a useless one of that! It’d honestly be better to get it checked out, especially if that pain is bringing you to your knees, always err on the side of caution x

They’re thinking my endometriosis has come back. Follow up with my OBGYN in a week.
