Coil has fallen out

Hi I think my coil has falling out I had a bad pain when I went to the loo I wipe and some weird come out then a lot of blood then I have had like a mucus plug coming out for about 2days I didn't know what to do cos I am in pain then when me and other half had sex there was so much blood help

Go and see a doctor if not you can check your self if the cools still in you should feel the strings 🤔
