If you had a hysterectomy for adeno. what is the worst post op pain, gas, or bowel? Did your stomach look less bloated right after surgery? What has a year or even two years have been like since your surgery? Good I hope.

Hi
I had total hysterectomy and bowel resection for adenomyosis and endometriosis 3 years ago. Post surgery was surprisingly easy once my medication was sorted as I got in pickle being sick reacting to the drugs. I mobilised a lot after which helped the gas but could have moved more and drunk more water so would recommend that. It really wasn’t as painful as I had anticipated and I feel amazing now
