I’ve just got some senocalm tablets to try. They’ve got simeticone and peppermint oil as main ingredients and are supposed to help with bloating, excess gas etc. I’m like you and have been suffering for over a week now and had enough of feeling ready to pop. 🤞🏻they offer some relief!

Awww thank you I tried buscopan at the start but didnt really help just want some relief at night at least because I bloat til I look pergnant 😭 I normally dont bloat much so I'm hoping its just because of my cold 😮

Have you tried any remedies at all? Peppermint tea is supposed to do wonders for a bloated belly.

Peppermint is great. I don’t like tea so use colpermin and always have a packet of peppermints in my bag. Doesn’t take the bloat away but does settle it slightly and ease the discomfort xx

Yeah I suck on peppermint soft mints or peppermint hard boiled sweets Haha. With the colpermin make sure you take it a few hours before you eat, it works best that way. Hope it helps xx

Definately fennel tea, there's several blends you can get that are digestive aids, something like aniseed fennel mint. Mint soothes the stomach, and fennel neutralises has and bloating. If you can't bear drinking the tea (it is nice though!) you can also chew some fennel seeds like Indian people do. For me it works like magic on bloating and digestive pain xxx
