Shooting pains 3 weeks after lap!

Hi girls.

Im back for my longest day at work since surgery 3 weeks ago (been back since last Tuesday but only a few hours at a time, I’m a merchandiser for a greetings card company so a lot of bending and lifting and going from shop to shop putting out displays etc) about 4 hours into it I started getting shooting pains in the side where my scars are which felt like it was going right down into my “looly” I had to sit down for a few minutes and it seemed to ease off but keeps coming back! Is this normal or have I overdone it? I suppose I’m just looking for some reassurance x
