Hi everyone. Im due to have my second lap in 3 weeks time to see if my endometriosis has returned. Im just wondering if anyone has felt worse during there period, when I'm on mine I feel 10x worse. The pain makes me want to pass out and I'm so tired and nauseated the whole time. Recently I've started getting really bad pains on my right side (has usual ultrasound isn't showing anything) feeling quite alone at the moment...

Yes, worse during your period is 100% a normal symptom of endometriosis. It is because endometriosis is the lining of the uterus growing outside of the uterus. When you are on your period you are shedding the lining of your uterus, so all the endo that is spread around is affected.

How long ago was your first lap? And yes I feel so bad on my period, I get all what your getting! Stay strong x

Your gps are a lot faster than mine, i had my lap Dec 2016, been fighting all year to get something done cause the pain came back.. seeing my gynaecologist tomorrow lol x
