Post excision ovulation pain?

Ladies I am in agony! So I'm just under 3 weeks post excision. I did have endo removed from both ovaries, my left was worse than my right as it was stuck to something and had to be cut free and suspended temporarily. I'm on day 15 of my cycle but ovulation tests still showing negative. I usually ovulate between day 11 and 18. Yesterday I started with pains on my right side which felt like mild ovulation pain. I have suffered with ovulation pain since coming off the pill, usually it lasts 2/3 hours and can be quite intense but I've learned to manage it with usually just a hot water bottle and taking it easy for that time...other times the pain is minimal but I know it's there if that makes sense. So yesterday this pain started around lunch time and has not let off. I struggled to get to sleep and just woke up (5am) still with this nagging pain and given in and taken pills (I usually try and avoid them because I'm trying to get pregnant) Its not sharp, it's like a dull aching pain that radiates down my leg with some sharp pains in my hip every now and then. It is sort of like a stretching pulling burning sensation. Is this just my ovary expanding getting ready to ovulate and is more sensitive due to the excision? Or have I developed a cyst? I've never had a cyst that I know off so don't know what it feels like? Or if it's possible for one to develop this soon after a lap. What was everyone's experience of post excision ovulation? Is this normal or should I be worried? X
