Pain free periods before to painful periods?
For the first year/year and a half my periods started they were a breeze 2/3 days light as anything pain free and then one month it just hit me like a brick wall, the heaviest, most painful, longest periods I'd ever experience and they've never settled down or gone away ☹️ xx
See I’ve had pain free periods forever like honestly not one pain. As I got in to my mid twenties i noticed period cramps and ovulation pain then now at 26 I had horrendous lower back pain then a horrendous period.

Well like my surgeon said with endometriosis anything is possible! I've found since they got really bad and I've had pain in between my periods getting some of those cheapy ovulation tests from Poundland help me track where on my messed up cycle the pain correlates most with and it does tend to be mostly around ovulation x
I’ve read women having endo and only finding out when they try for a baby. Such a messed up illness that it can be so different in different people
