Digestive troubles during period

Endometriosis confirmed.

Anyone’s stomach going completely haywire on their period? Any relief tips would be massively appreciated, I’m in so much agony I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried stretches, tea, heat, painkillers and charcoal tablets, yoga, walking etc. it’s so painful.
