Hey just a quick question. How long before your op did you get your pre op assessment and what does it include?

Thanks xx

I think mine, was about 2 weeks it varies though I think you can have a pre op a few month before op. It includes weight height blood pressure current meds asking certain questions about general health and taking blood. I think that's it you visit a few nurses and they do different jobs with you. Just to see if your OK for the procedure πŸ’—πŸ€—πŸ˜˜ good luck hun πŸ˜‰

I have my op on the 4th and I haven't heard anything so not sure if I should ring them and see what's going on!! I know she told me that she doesn't want me to be on my period and as I started 1 week early this month it's messed the cycle up so I could be due around the date of the op so I might have to change it 😩

Thank you ❀️❀️

What op are you having ? Are you having endo investigated? Being on makes it easier to see. πŸ’—πŸ€—πŸ˜˜

Yes being investigated, yeah that's what I thought but she said if I'm on my period I can't be heavy! But I know I won't be heavy if anything it will be the spotting beforehand xxx

Check your uterus and tubes that's maybe why she doesn't want you to be on heavy πŸ’—πŸ€—πŸ˜˜
