Pain with the marina

Hi all,

In June 2016 I had a laparoscopy and was diagnosed with endos, whilst out for surgery I had the marina coil fitted. I was told by my doctor that it should stop the endos from coming back, and since then I haven't had any pain or any signs of a period until now. I've had excruciating pain all week (although it only tends to be of a night time) and I've also been spotting. Is this normal or do I need to go back to my doctors?
