This is my personal diet I have played around with for quite a while. I personally really suffer with endo bloating pregnant belly look....
I have put a couple of suggestions for each
Breakfast
-Fage natural yogurt + handful of strawberries/blueberries/ banana
- scrambled egg and raw salmon
Lunch
- salmon (I buy it frozen from Tesco takes 4 mins in the microwave with lemon, pepper and tiny amount of butter) + lettuce, Avocado, tomatoes, cumber.
- turkey fillet (quick fry from Tesco) cook in coconut oil + green beans (boiled) + Tila rice (quinoa, pumpkins seed, & sunflower seas)
Dinner
- lean turkey mince, chopped tomatoes, tomatoes purray mixed spices, mushrooms with courgette spaghetti (you can get carrot, turnip comes in a little box already from Tesco)
- cod fillets (frozen bag Tesco 4 mins microwave!) sweat potatoes and green veg (sprouts, turnips, carrots, brochilli)
Snacks
- avacardo
- chocolate covered rasins
- rice cakes
- banana
- apples
Alchole
- gin and tonic
- proseco
- vodka and Diet Coke
This can also be known as 'clean eating' And gluten free . I also gym and run.
I have laparoscopy once a year to clean out all my endo I get cysts badly. the endo is in my muscle walls now

Remember the first week is the hardest to change as you get cravings for your normal diet I did when I first started and we can't keep biscuits or chocolate in the house because I will eat it alllll!!
