Hi All, I have been diagnosed with endo when I was 26. Many years past and I had another surgery recently. Hormonal therapy makes me crazy and I do not have much options since have aura migraines. Now, I am trying endo diet. I figured our more or less about eggs. It is better to avoid them. But I am confused about fried foods. Do pancakes (diary free) considered to be fried food? Can I eat grilled salmon? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Endo diet
Try getting your hand on "the endometriosis health and diet program" by Dr Andrew S Cook. It's £11ish on Amazon, great for recipes etc and great reviews. Just has my copy delivered this afternoon. Good luck 🍀
Thank you for the tip; will check it out. I am getting confused with this diet. To be GF is easy, since my kids have been diagnosed with celiac and we tagged along with them on GF diet. Diary free- I am not a big fan of it anyway. But fried food is so confusing:))) I like crepes (even diary free) what else can I say
I think fried foods would generally refer to chips, doughnuts and the sort of things fried in bad fats like McDonalds hash browns 🤤 I don't follow the endo diet myself, I've found the primal blueprint helps me a lot and is less restrictive.
It’s more like deep fried or processed stuff! Pancakes and grilled salmon are fine (salmon is actually great). Good luck! I hope it works for you.
I’m on the diet salmon sounds ok your not supposed to have processed foods and I cut out eggs but I think I’m sensitive to them some people eat them but I doubt them I also eat less meat I don’t completely cut it out but might do later depending how I feel about it
Silly question: is bread processed food? What about flour?
