Not ovulating post lap

Hi

Hope everyone is well.

Has anyone had any issues with ovulation after their lap for endometriosis? I had mine in may and the day 21 progesterone tests in the past 2 months were too low which means I have now ovulated.

I'm feeling very thrown by it as we have overcome the endometriosis for now as well as resolving morphology issues with my partner.

There was 6 cm cyst on my right ovary and both ovaries were stuck to the pelvic wall with endometriosis.

I'm 39 and have been ttc for over a year now.

Any advice would be much appreciated
