Hello, I didn't find anything to take to help with the bloat but I did start going gluten free like many others and I found it reduced the bloat a lot.

It's not as such the bloating just the absolute pain from it is awful, I don't even have to eat anything for it to happen

Hey,

I have stopped taking medication - including movicol - as I found they were not working. Fruit, sweet potatoe, cutting down on dairy has helped me a lot.

An excellent-quality probiotic might help along with an endo diet. The build up of gluten, dairy, etc. can cause inflammation to linger for a while. Kimberley Snyder's homemade sauerkraut enzyme salad might help, too. You eat a little with every meal. It's simple to make.

If constipation accompanies the bloating, my G.P. recommends psyllium husk. x

Probiotic, windeeze, peppermint tea and buscopan! Those are the best although no cure!

I do get that too unsurprisingly with all my gynae problems and the size of my new fibroid means my food doesn't digest well. Over time i have found that cutting out certain foods from my diet helps but like you sometimes i bloat for no reason. I drink herbal teas which help like the cleanse tea by pukka. If you drink something try to drink warm drinks only. I also do abdominal self massage and take triphala which is an ayurvedic herb which helps keeps digestion moving. I see an ayurvedic doctor and triphala is probably one of their most important herbs. Ayurveda is thousands of years old and the doctors train for years so they are very knowledgeable about lots of diseases. Triphala has helped me loose 10kg and I no longer get the extreme bloating I used to get unless I have an unhealthy day. Good luck and I hope your bloats improve xxx
