Good evening

I’m currently lay in bed and it feels like the room is spinning. I’m so bloated my stomach is painful and hard to touch.

Anyone else get this and how can I get relief?

I had endo removed 3 months ago

Hi there just curious did they find any endo on your bowel area? They did on me and had to leave it alone and I heard that maybe what is causing the vertigo.

Hey I get this too! When I had my op and removal of endo in feb this year my surgeon told me that my bowel didn’t look in very good condition and that could be because there may be microscopic endo cells on it causing the bloating and other bowel symptoms. Unfortunately I can’t give you any advice as to how you can get relief as I am still struggling with this at the moment I guess I just wanted to let you know that I’m in the same position. Hopefully someone else can offer you some advice I’m sorry that I can’t help x

It’s so annoying as he apparently checked my bowel but I’m so bloated I look pregnant 😫 xx

Maybe it’s microscopic? That’s what my specialist thinks could be the case with me and if so your surgeon wouldn’t have seen it. Also I believe you can have bowel symptoms due to endo in the POD xx

Yep, me too - I’ve had that vertigo feeling twice in three week.

It’s quite a disconcerting feeling isn’t it? Anyway for me I’m seeing my consultant this afternoon for results of a second mri scan. First one indicated Endo, Fibroids, Adenomyosis, Cystocele Prolapse 🙄 It will be interesting to see moving forward if my bowel has been affected by Endo (I’m sure it has). I know there are tablets your GP can prescribe for vertigo if that helps x

I’m not really sure what vertigo is but I’ve heard of it. Would vertigo happen even when lying down?

My bowel was apparently checked but I’m not seeing my surgeon till January

Yes, vertigo does happen when lying down. Many people wake with it either during the night, or first thing in the morning.

I’m going to ask my consultant if she thinks my dizzy feeling is associated with Endo 🤔

Yeah can you let me know what they say?

I had endo removed 3 months ago so I can’t imagine its back already x
