Period out of control

Hi please help

Ok two months ago I had a abortion so I didn't have a period the next month well it came on this month like normal it stop and two days later I keep seeing samples of Brown blood then out of no where i start dropping large blood clots it's get worse and it's almost day5 I drop at least 10 big clots a day help what is this

See a Dr or go to a&e if you're worried. Dark blood is usually old blood
