Sorry to hear this. Always always check with your doctor, but when I started getting large clots, tranexamic acid helped up to a point, but let your doctor know as sometimes it indicates changes in whatever is happening internally-in my case lots of fibroids in addition to eno and adenomyosis, which was increasing my blood flow.
Your GP can refer you back to hospital, so always keep your foot on the gas if you are ever worried.
