Post laparoscopy no relief

I had my first laparoscopy in March and was diagnosed with endometriosis. It was removed with excision surgery. The team who did the surgery are working towards BSGE accreditation but are not accredited yet.

I have still got all the same symptoms as before.

I dont know what to do now. I have only been recommended the MIRENA coil from my doctor and am discharged from the consultant who did the surgery.

Im so tired of fighting, so tired of pushing to get through doors to get help.

Any ideas?
