Hi all. I had a laparoscopy for stage 4 endo a week ago. I think up until then I almost came to accept pain and severe fatigue as "my norm." At times it made me question if this was related to endo or just pure laziness. My endo was also aggravated by irritable bowel syndrome. In my mind, I feel like there must be a triad of symptoms for most women with this condition, namely endo, IBS and low mood/anxiety. My question for you is if your energy level improved since laparoscopic excision of endo. I have felt a marked improvement in energy in just a week. I'm very skeptical that this will last, given 20 years of mind numbing fatigue. Would love to hear your experiences. Thank you!
