Tethered bowel.

I had my 3rd lap a week ago today. I just received a copy of the letter the surgeon sent my GP and apart from excising the endometriosis off my left uterosacral ligament he also said that the bowel appears to be tethered into the pelvis with no obvious evidence of endometriosis involving the bowel. Now my question is, in 2008 I was diagnosed with stage 4 deep endometriosis which almost went through the whole bowel but as my bowel is now tethered could that also stop him from being able to see the whole bowel clearly? I bleed from the bowel every 2nd day of my period and I'm waiting for a colonoscopy to be done. Also is there anything that can be done for a tethered bowel? as I'm constantly suffering bowel pain, constant constipation "which I take laxido for" and bleeds.
