Stabbing pain on right side

Does anyone experience pain in this area, I have stage 4 endo, the pain is very intense just wondered if anyone else experiences this along with normal period pain.

I get stabbing on right side sometimes left side too I'm also stage 4, kinda like a hot poker stabbing sensation for me.

Most of my pain is on the right, and I have pain there most days. I have severe endo/adenomyosis and everything is stuck over on the right hand side

My worst pain was always on right. I had recurrent cysts and the biggest were always on the right. Added were adhesions. Everything was stuck together. Are you under a bgse centre? If not try to get referred to one.

I had stabbing right side pain also, is it a reoccurring thing during your period or a brand new thing? I always suffered during my period with side pain and it has dramatically reduced since my lap, I think my tube was stuck to my ovary on that side but I'm not 100% sure as my follow up explanation was very vague. When it was particularly bad my gp sent me for a scan to rule out eptopic pregnancy or cyst so it may be worth going down that route for peace of mind x
