Periods ok

Doc told me I might have endo. The only two symptoms I have is dull ache I left side ovary area and massive lower back ache. I sometimes get headaches. Periods are ok. I am on the pill (have been for years). Does anyone have just few signs

Yes everyone is different some people have mild symptoms others have dibilitating. The only way to diagnose endo is to have a laparoscopy. Some women have endo and have no symptoms. If your on the pill it can mask the symptoms of endo and you don't have a real period on the pill it's just a withdrawal bleed.

If your symptoms get worse try and get referred for a lap

Thank you for replying. I have a scan end of Jan and waiting for camera around my pelvis area. All this is very new to me. For years been told could be cyst. Had previous scans that once should cyst but then showed nothing. Doc last year said my dull ache in the ovary area was a strain!!! It's so frustrating
