Has anyone tried omega 3 to get cysts down?

Me to!! Iv already had two operations so don't really want another, I had a failed ivf this month to and I was told I had a 6cm cycstt. Hope it goes away by itself. X

I find eating fish helps my pain so it might be a good idea, I heard us ladies with endo are lacking in omega-3's.
