Pain in hips
Hello there. Yes I get the same thing as well as other aches and pains and everything else that comes with endos. I have been diagnosed with serve endos and I suffer from a lot. I hope you can find relief from ur pain. Love Rxx.
Yes but I also have pelvic floor dysfunction brought on by endo. An achey feeling is more so related to muscles and stabbing that comes on every once in a while is related to a muscle spasm or nerve.
How pelvic floor dysfunction devlops with endo is related to how whenever your in pain you clench up everywhere. Your pelvis is full on muscles and you may have or may have not heard of doing kegels to make the muscles 'tighter'. When these muscles clench you do a kegel and over time your muscles get used to holding a kegel so they stay in that position and become 'too tight'.
Here's a quick massage, to demonstrate:
Make a circle with one hand, then trace around the centre with the other hand slowly applying more and more pressure kind of like doing a massage.
Now move down to your V and do the same thing to your PC muscle (you can find it by doing a kegel).
Do that for 5 minutes on each side.
If you experience incontenance, do a set of 10 kegels each for 10 seconds each with 5 second breaks and then massage again for 2 minutes.
The massaging you mention (at the end of your instructions for the Kegels for incontinence), is that massage internal?
