I've been diagnosed with endometriosis and waiting for have surgery but me and my partner have been trying for a year to have a baby. I've just come off my period but it only lasted 2 days which isn't normal for me! But now I am off I keep getting stomach cramps is this a case I might be pregnant or something to do with endometriosis?
