Hi, I had my laparoscopy at the end of June and was told I had stage 1 endo on my left ovary, Fallopian tube and ligaments. They didn't do anything like try to remove any of it and just put me on a coil. The pain had been getting worse and the responce I seem to get is "it's only stage 1 and I need to manage the pain" I've now been put on Zoladex injections (had my first one 3 & half weeks ago) and I feel so much more exhausted that I did before & suffering terrible headaches and nausea. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel as though I've just substituted my endo pain (still left with some pain) for a mixed bag of other horrible symptoms 😞

I forgot to add, I've had a couple of scans since my lap and they showed a cyst on my left (one nurse said it was an endometrioma as it had echoes and one thought it was a functional cyst) and a dermoid cyst on my right which seemed to disappear at the last scan??? I am booked in for another scan next month.
