I'm new here and really looking for some help on this! I've had 3 laporoscopies for Endo, the last one Feb of this year, however since then I've not been able to shake this constant fatigue and pelvic pain. Pain I'm used to and can deal with but I can deal with the chronic fatigue. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for it? It's knocked me off my feet currently and I'm normally active and try to exercise regularly

Have you had recent blood tests go check your iron levels, vitamins etc? That will definitely contribute to the fatigue
Yes my iron levels are checked quite often and they're fine! I'm on loads of vitamins as well 😭
Hello Sorry you are feeling bad. I beat chronic fatigue, I was falling asleep on my feet, after my hysterectomy with a lot of lifestyle changes. The biggest being changing to an refined sugar free anti inflammatory diet, high in protein and eating smaller meals 5 times a day. I also did sleep training which took about 5 weeks and was really hard but got me into some really good habits. Regular pilates helped me with strength and stress. It took me 9 months to feel better. I never thought I would feel better. Its nearly 5 years on now and I'm 5 days post lap for removal of ovaries and cervix. I know I've got a rocky road ahead but I can't believe how much better I feel post op this time around. Though it would be useful to share my experience as sometimes it feels like we will be one way forever and it's hard. I would recommend small consistent changes. Keep building on them slowly. Be kind to yourself and remember we are all different. This is your journey and find what works for you from all that information out there. Good luck. You will feel better.
Hello,Wow Thankyou for sharing!
I'm really interested in the sleep training? I'll start pilates because I do yoga so I'll switch that up and I'm definitely bad at looking for sugar to help give me a boost so I'll look into the diet you suggested!
I'm sorry to hear how much you've gone through but it sounds like you've really owned it this time round, I hope you feel better and you're back on your feet very soon!
What you said is bang on, it feels like it's going to be stuck this way, I really appreciate your kind words and advice and I'll definitely look into this because it sounds like it's really helped! Thankyou so much
I read the book Sound Asleep by Chris IdzikowsiI got it from the library after being investigated for sleep disorder at King's. There is probably a less technical book or website out there with the general principles. It all seems like common sense but then you realise how much of it you don't do anything about. X
I'm going to look into all of your suggestions, at this point I'll try anything haha! Thankyou so much
