Hi I had my chocolate cyst on the right ovary removed in 2006 , and 4 years back got my menopause.,.this year sept 5th 2016 had my periods for 6 days. sonography done, ct scan done , cbc done, and CA125, HE4, CEA, AFP, BETA HIG..all blood markers are in range..but in sonographhy they say there is cyst in both the ovaries, right one has some fluid around it and the utereus lining has thickened...kindly advice what should be done and how serious is this...i have an upcoming vacation in december to USA , and i really dont want to miss it... please please advice
