Hi everyone of course I always have pain in my back and lower abdomen but about a week before my period my cramps get horrendous! I was just wondering how long before your period does everyone else's severe cramps start? so today I'm in a lot of pain with cramps making me so so tried and I'm due on next Saturday. Does anyone have similar experience or any advice? Xx
