Does anyone else get a really sore and swollen stomach.?
I've been getting this a lot recently and it's really bothering me.
The lower part of my stomach swells and looks like in about 4 months pregnant. It goes rock solid and really hurts. Is this endo related or something else and what can I do to relieve it.
Hi I suffered a lot of swelling/bloating which could be quite painful times and I'd look pregnant, it's awful. I recently had endo removed from a recent laparoscopy but I'm still swollen from that but hope that it doesn't return. Yours could be endometriosis or ibs but you can't know until you see your GP/gynaecologist. I use hot water bottle and painkillers to help.

I get bloated a lot... Almost every day and it's worse on the run up to my period. I use a hot water bottle and peppermint tea to help with mine.
I get bloated too, same lower stomach and rock hard.. Very painful.
I have found though that if I don't eat wheat products for breakfast or have my morning latte then I tend to be ok but I do have IBS.
The endo however appears to cause pre and post period bloat the same which I can't do anything to relieve!
Try cutting out milk/wheat (only first thing in the morning) and see how you get on 
I seem to look pregnant most of the time and it is painful. I drink herbal tea as I find that caffine makes it worse. I use lemon thyme and rosehip teas as well as peppermint. Lemon and ginger is lovely too.
I use windeze or anything peppermint.x
Oh I'm glad it's not just me that gets it!
Since my last period I have had a bloated stomach every day. Usually goes down eventually but can crop up anytime with me. It is the reason I've stopped wearing any trousers that aren't elasticated.
Definitely agree with the windeze comment, it's a life saver - I carry it everywhere. The bloating is so uncomfortable. X
