Hi hun.

This is a symptom of endo. I find that peppermint tea helps also have you checked that you are not gluten intintolerant there seems to be a connection between the 2. I Have read in multiple places that women with endo generally have poor digestion.

So may be worth removing it for a week and seeing if it makes a difference to your swollen tummy, I definitely see a connection with Gluten and my digestion.

I hope this helps

Hi,

I'm new having only been recently diagnosed. I get a whole list of symptoms but swollen tummy is definitely one of the worst ones, I often feel like the whole of my abdomen is swollen. I may try the peppermint tea and see how it goes. X

My daughter is ceoliac so cannot eat gluten at all and I definitely feel better when I eat her food as opposed to 'normal' food. My test came back inconclusive when I was tested for ceoliac so who knows .... there may well be a link?!

definitely going to try the peppermint tea - but might have to pinch my nose whilst I drink it as I dislike it!

:)

Hi there, i do suffer from a swollen bottom belly but whats been helping me is chicken fresh soup with green onion and veggies and i also take serraptese, nattokinase and tumeric. It helps with inflammation, pain and eats up scar tissue. My abdomen has gone down somewhat. I hope this information helps you.

Ps try to stay away frm dairy that has growth hormones it can aggreviate endo and cause more inflamation.
