second lap?

i had my first lap 2 months ago, which revealed that i had alot of endometriosis. unfortunately the surgeon couldn't get rid of the majority of it, so the pain is still just as bad. can i request another lap? or do they make you wait a certain time before they will do another one?

Hi, can I ask why they couldn't remove it?

i have ehlersdanlos syndrome, which makes the tissue inside the body very soft so they didn't want to risk further complications

Hi I had the same thing happen to me.

I had a consultation with my surgeon about 2 months after my surgery to discuss how it went, I told him the pain had gotten worse so Im currently waiting another date to have the rest of it removed. If you havent had an appointment through to see your consultant/surgeon again then I suggest you ring his receptionist and see if you can make another appointment x
