4 weeks post op spotting

I am 4 weeks post lap... this is my 3rd lap which has followed a hysterectomy I had last year Jan.  I had everything removed but my right ovary... this got stuck to everything and in this last lap I had my bowels detached from my ovary and top of the vagina and my ovary removed plus other adhesions sorted... no endo was found which was amazing news.

When I woke from surgery I was in soon much pain in my left side which I was told was my bowels...

It has gotten better as the weeks have gone by but I have been struggling with on off chest infections too and all the coughing has made healing harder. This week I thought I had turned the corner... and today I was struck down with sever pain and sight spotting?!?! The hospital don't seem too concerned as they say it can't be from the op as that was 4 weeks ago...

My worry is that I have strained my stitch inside and that it's not healing. Tonight I lay in bed in pain and feeling sorry for myself not sure what to do... spotting has slowed down... but chest infection is coming back and even cough hurts...

I'm so fed up...
