feel weak and tired after lap

I am now three weeks since my lap, I am off from work all this period I feel now too much better less pain then before, however, I feel all the time weak and tired, I have stopped all the drugs I took one week after my lap I am not sure if I feel like that because of the surgery or this happen to me because I become very lazy!!

Your body is healing, its tiring work! Give it time and you will start to gain some energy back. My last surgery was really extensive and I was advised it would take six months to completely heal. Your pain might have gone but there is still some more recovery needed.

Your body is still trying to repair itself and that uses up alot of energy, also if your activity level has been low due to pain before the op, your muscles will also need time to strengthen, take it slowly and try to increase activity levels as and when you can, good luck xx

Laparoscopy is 4-6 wks recovery, 6-8 with more severe Endo (minimum). Still very early days - rest as much as you can and don't over exert yourself, then you'll start to feel better x
