Hi I have recently had endo lasered and was told it was all clear. However I am still getting bad stomachs I am unsure if it is something I'm eating and have tried to cut wheat out which improved it slowly and I don't eat a lot of wheat.
Has anyone got endo and a gluten intolerance with it ?

Yes I cut out gluten and dairy for 2 weeks then slowly introduced dairy again and saw a massive difference especially with acid. After my surgery I started eaten gluten again and felt ok but after 2 years and the return of some of symptoms I am thinking of cutting it out again. It does make me feel better but can't beat a nice piece of white toast with loads of butter lol x
Hi. Yes, I am on gluten free, cows milk and meat free, soya free, citrus fruit free diet and helping massively. I eat only organic lamp meat, chicken and fish where possible. I know it sounds a bit too much but its helping massively so dont see myself going back to my old habits. I miss a nice burger a lot tho but i just don't eat ! Vietnamese food meets my diet so love it and the restaurant called Pho in London. I work with a nutritionist whose expertise is Endometriosis so not doing all those by myself. I recently saw my doc to ask a blood test to see if i am doing ok as i cut so many food and dont want it to affect my general health. Its helping massively endo tho. Hope it helps xx
I've recently tried a mostly gluten free diet and since I have it's helped a lot. On the endo resolved website there's lots of things which are good for you, I personally find it quite extreme as I'm a foodie to say the least but cutting things out slowly and eating as much good stuff as I can has motivated me to push further with it. I am less bloated, do not have as much bowel related pain and I'm not feeling as nauseous in the mornings- to think my doctor said it was a load of rubbish!!
Yes! Definitely didn't have issues before I had endo. I had laser in 2011 and excision in 2015. I've been gluten free for a year and a half after being tested privately. Was on holiday recently and my partner said "I think you will be ok with the bread here, they use different flour". Big mistake, I was ill.
