Advice please!! Spotty, constipated and fed up...

Hello. A few months back my doctor told me she believed my endo had returned after a lap in Dec 2013, around the pelvic floor/bowel area. I was advised I needed another lap which I cannot do at the moment as I am a mature student in my last year of uni. I was put on Lucette in the meantime told to wait it out. Since then I still bleed most days, although my period has seemed lighter. I have got hormonal acne around the chin/mouth area (which I had with a previous pill given) and I have gone from having loose bowels several times a day to being constipated although still in pain and feeling desperate to go. I've been given laxido which I'm struggling with (I have quite bad acid reflux). I've spend all day today feeling in pain, nauseous and desperate to go to the loo but unable to go. My dr is putting my stomach and acne down to stress (I have anxiety disorder but do not feel stressed). I feel at my wits end really and do not know what to do. Should I change doctor? Does anyone have any advice they can give me? Many thanks. Xx
