hi girls, hope everyone is doing okay or the best they can be!❤️
how does everyone deal with the tiredness that comes with endo? i’m getting good amount of sleep during the night, i get up fat few times for the toilet as my bladder is rather weak but nothing has changed, but these past 2 weeks i have been really suffering.
i’m struggling at work i can feel myself wanting to close my eyes and just nap. Over the week i was up for 3/4 hours not doing much, and then went for a 5 hour nap…. i’m not sure if it’s to do with endo or i need to go speak to my doctor to find out why. I’m not low on iron as just had my bloods done for this

hi, I’m currently going through the same thing at the moment I’m not able to get a doctor appointment ment to check my bloods but it’s been super noticeable to me lately probs the past 2 months now it I sit down for more than 5 minutes I’m fast asleep I’m being super strict with my bed times and no outdoing myself and I’m still super tired like tired doesn’t even hit it it’s like I’ve been drugged all day long. My guess is that our body’s just get so tired of trying to keep up with everything we deal with🥺 hope you get some answers soon sending all my love 🫶🏼
defo worth getting more bloods done with your GP, as many factors can affect how tired you are, could be to do with your thyroid for example. Also I’m assuming you’ve a carbon monoxide alarm fitted, but if not defo worth having one! It can cause tiredness and is lethal!
I felt tired a lot. It's so frustrating isn't it! I found I had to lay down every afternoon and elevate my legs for an hour which I found helpful to rest. It helped with the lower back pain and fatigue. I hope you find ways to help xx
I'm so sorry your feeling this way. I have been suffering with severe fatigue and drowsiness for 4 months which is getting worse I'm terrible company for my poor boyfriend all I do is get to his and sleep! I work physically as a mechanic and find It completely drains me my rest is to cope at work multivitamins don't do it for me by the time I'm home I'm sleeping 5.30pm till 6am. Its horrible how something that doesn't seem like a big deal can actually take over your life. I went to the doctors bloods were OK including thyroid. I have been put on amitriptyline which is an antidepressent I take it at dinner time and it helps me get a better quality night of sleep so I do feel better however side effects of heart palpitations do happen. I'm still not sure about it two weeks on. Amitriptyline is also supposed to help with bladder regulation/control. I have endo on my bowels and my doctor wondered if it would help with my incontinence also. The more I live with this disease the more I learn how horrible it is and as soon as I feel okay I make the absolute most of all energy and freedom and within a week I'm suffering the consequences. On a brighter note we all power through and get on with it so we are all legends really. Bring on my laparoscopy and bowel resection woohooo lol
Think endos sending me sideways being 22 and pretty much sent into the menopause 🤔
Thank you for such a heartfelt post and all of the great replies. I too am really suffering with this issue and it's made me realise that there are some things I could look into x
