Endo usually recedes during pregnancy, but can cause symptoms in some women. What is more likely is that as you're in early pregnancy things stretch and move around a lot - so some stretching/cramping is normal. I would thoroughly recommend reading ' what to expect when you're expecting' which is a great resource. Make sure you get the latest advice printed out from your gp too. Also remember if you have any issues there is an early pregnancy unit (epa) at your local hospital if you have any queries or anxieties as endo pregnancies are considered high risk you'd be entitled to extra care x

Can be....try to stay calm and not worry. Dx severe endo.....no chance of full term pregs. Now? 2 boys...1 year apart without "trying". Cramped with both. Did miscarry once. Back pain and headache were symptoms that time. Spent entire pregnant with eldest son worried over every back pain or cramp. I hated the make docs telling me to not worry....how could they understand? Reality is that perhaps someone who has been in both places should speak. It's natural to worry. See if warm compresses or massage helps. Sometimes moving around. First pregnancy/son seemed to pull on all my inside muscles and felt like my period was going to start any day. Did have spotting twice. He's 12 now. Docs at er for spotting with sons pregnancy were cool. They said to get rest and gave me sleeping pills for a week. Helped stop the worry. Husband gently rubbing back while watching television really helped stop the cramps. Hope I've helped somehow. I still don't like to talk about the miscarriage. Sorry....

Aww thank you! I've started to get headaches and falling asleep at work 🙈, I give my stomach a rub when I get the pain it helps to ease it off. Just get so paranoid if its normal or not. I've not bled once yet. Yer I feel like I'm about to come on everyday! Just want the cramps to go away. Thank you for sharing your experience with me x x
