Pain before, during & after period??

I have had horrible periods since I started them 10 years ago..I'm now 21, they are heavy & extremely painful to the point I can faint and be physically sick, I can hardly walk! I also get really bad pains about a week after my period has ended where it feels like someone is dragging a knife along my lower abdomen! I have been in for ultrasounds, a laparoscopy, I've been on about a million different types of pain relief and nothing helps?

Has anyone experienced or experiencing the same experience as me? I need help!!

I have similar pains and heavy bleeding, especially after my period. I also had a clean lap and scans. Eventually an MRI showed suspected adenomyosis. This could be worth looking into. Doctors were baffled by my pain at first as nothing seemed to explajn it.
