Pain, Nausea and Gas help :(

I'm into my second day of my period and can barely move I'm in so much pain. I've got 2 hot water bottles, 1 on my front and 1 on my back. I have nausea and bad gas too. I need some advice on how to lessen my problems I'm on the NHS waiting list for a laparoscopy to find out if I have Endo.

I've been taking probiotics and wind relief tablets, plus I ran out of pain killers this morn and need to go get some more but in too much pain.

Hi Wendy.

I find laying on my left hand side helps release wind (down below) and drinking peppermint tea releases releases wind in general.

Sorry you have run out of pain killers. Can you phone a friend to bring you some?
