Lupron Shot

I'm going to my Gyno today to get the Lupron depo shot because I have Endometriosis. I'm scared because I've read horrible things about it online, but it's too late for me to back out because I already bought the expensive medication so I have no other choice, but to give it a try. My Dr said it will work on managing the pain from Endo.

Hi. Try not to be too scared. You do read a lot of horror stories on the internet but these medications work differently for everyone. I've also read stories where people have said how amazing they feel now. Their pain has gone away and they have minimal side effects. My advice is try it and see how it works for you. If it's not working well or the side effects are too much then stop having the injections. I've not done very well on these medications personally and after a couple of months I've had to stop but hey it's my body and I have a say of what goes into it.

Take care, Karen. X

Thank you, so far it hasn't been to bad for me. I kinda still feel the same I will keep track to see if anything changes within a week of the meds kicking in.
