Bad day

Hi

Having a really bad day, nothing seems to be going right at work and in so much pain. I just want to dig a hole and jump in it and cry... I haven't had a day like this for ages. Just feel so blue.

How does anyone else get through the really bad days? Xx

Hi Sadie,

Have you ever tried mindfulness? Sometimes i try to think positive thoughts as i breath in and blow out the negative ones. Also just breaking the day down into tiny little tasks can help and yoi can get through each one.

Hi hun.

Sorry to hear that you are having such a bad day.

I cope by having a nice warm bath with epsom salts. Sitting with my heat pad and watching TV and the must have is a large chocolate bar !lol
