A) know how to get rid of this post op wheeze i seem to have obtained?
And
B) have any tips on getting comfy in bed. I normally lie on my side, obviously i can't now because of my incisions so i'm lying on my back all the time which is becoming rapidly uncomfortable, meaning I'm getting no sleep.

I got a couple of V-shaped pillows after my second op because I like to sleep on my front. I positioned them around me at night so they could support me while I lay on my side. You can get them very cheaply off amazon.
I'm a bit confused by wheeze. If you mean you're breathless all the time it's because you have to sleep off all the trauma your body suffered during surgery. If your chest is actually wheezing and it's been more than 3 days I would recommend seeing a doctor asap to make sure you're okay.
I had a lot of trouble with my chest when i came around. I had to have a nebuliser and lots of oxygen because my levels were in the 80s somewhere. I am waiting for my dr to open xx
