Awful pain when having an orgasm?

I have this too - not necessarily during an orgasm though - crops up randomly at the worst times during sex. Absolutely crippling, I'm in a ball crying my eyes out, you just have to try to relax and wait for it to pass. And go and tell you doctor! Don't be afraid to be honest and open with how much it hurt, it took them a while to take me seriously. lots of love x

I get this the same exact time every month after I have ovulated and my hormones rise after sex or orgasm I get a horrible cramping that lasts about 5 mins 10-12 days before my period is due after my period finishes it completely goes and I can enjoy sex again it's like clockwork I hate it xx

I've had this today for the first time. It was excruciating for about an hour. It was ok during but the pain started afterwards when I got up to the loo. Funnily enough I am in the second half of my cycle like you guys have said. Not nice at all. Hoping it was a one off (fingers crossed). Maybe us ladies aren't supposed to have any pleasure! I have the same problem expect i dont have to orgrasm. All i have to do is play with my clit for a few seconds for the pain to gradually come. It feels like i want vomit. I feel like i cant do anything until the pain goes away. Vaginal masturbation is fine for me. It is the clit masturbation i have the problems with.

Same here Second half of the cycle.. very bad pain after climax or just after getting ,horny sometimes after going for a bowel movement or starting exercise I had a lap but 2 weeks after its the same Could it be something different than endo? BECAUSE mine was removed recently . Or could I be in pain because of the burns on my ovaries BTW I had endo only on my ovaries and during an orgasm the uterus is contracting only isn't it? Please write if u have any further knowledge
