Has anyone experienced significant pain, yet only been diagnosed with minimal endo after their lap?
I know a lot depends on an individual's pain threshold but with the pain I feel now I'm certain they'll look inside me and decide I'm not worth bothering with as it's such a mess in there!

Hi I had left ovary removal in 2012 diagnosed with Endo too ovary was glued to my bowel. Within months of removal I have and still do experience leg, thigh , buttock, groin and lower left back pain. It's debilitating. Over the last few months I have experienced right ovary pain. Right ovary stuck UK uterus just had precancerous cells removed from my cervix too. Missed this on my last smear!!!
Hi, I have had awful pain on and off most days, my gynae was convinced he was going to have to do open surgery to sort me out... Then when he did my second lap he found minimal endo and didn't have to doo too much other than sort out adhesions from a previous op. It really doesn't seem to have any correlation to severity. I felt like a bit of an idiot for a while but even now my pain is bad..and it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. As long as you have a good consultant, they will understand that severity and pain don't correlate, and even they don't know what they will find! Good luck xxx
