How often can you get laparoscopy

I had a laparoscopy last and had the laser beam to remove the endometriosis but it is back and in worse pain than I was before the laparoscopy and I'm going to see my gynocologist soon and was looking for advise for what to expect next

Burning off endo, only takes off the top layer and does not remove the disease. The only was to remove endo is by cutting it out. If you go onto bsge.org.uk/ec-BSGE-accredi... you can see the endo specialist centres available which have surgeons skilled enough to stop your pain x
