Hi all recently had my 3rd prostrap injection everything felt great but last wed night my pains returned and I've had them ever since, today has been bad, all in my back aswell, not due back to gynae till Oct, I don't like popping too many painkillers it just masks the pain, I like to know what's going on if u get me. Anyone shed some light on y I'm in pain again, or anyone going thru same stuff thanks x

Hi

I'm going through exactly the same feel so fed up and down up this horrible disease too I hate having it :-( i had my first lap nov 2013 and havnt had any periods of being pain free. Was advised to have cool but decided against this as really not for me so was given mini pill and have been in constant pain and have had lots of bleeding which is now very heavy so am back to doctors be week . Thing is I don know what I want to take as I know she is going to persuade me to have the coil or take the combined pill which I still can not understand the theory of putting more estrogen into your body when it's an estrogen dominant disease. I wake up so early every morning in pain a lot of deep back pain like you and I don't take anything for it as don't like keep taking pain relief daily. I've been putting of going to doctors on hope the pain reduces and bleeding stop but it's all been getting worse :-( I hope you feel better soon it's such a nasty disease it really is x x

Hi there, I am so sorry you are having such a bad time. My Endo isn't perfect, but I have a wonderful Naturopath that I had a hard time trusting at first, but I found she really does know what she is talking about. I find Yoga and deep breathing helps the pain, but there are times when I still take the pain killers. You have to go with your gut instinct and be sensible. For me Probiotics, Liver cleanse and gentle Yoga was the best, but I am lucky I know. I couldn't cope with the awful anxiety attacks, migraines and depression on the hormone medication. Good luck

Afternoon all ladies, I have been back to gynae today and I have been scheduled for another operation after Xmas to remove the rest of my endometriosis. I may lose my right ovary and appendix depending on the amount of disease. I'm to stay on the prostrap injection and tibolone until Dec. In the meantime I have been referred to urology for a Cystoscopy, he wants to eliminate all possible causes of the pain...waiting game... In pain... Tired all the time. Hope Ur all well x
