Hi all still waiting for official diagnoses but already had a couple of professionals strongly suspect that what it is. My life has been turned upside down since march. Can bearly work any more cause in so much pain. Had to drop out of uni. Mentally battling with my world falling to peices. Struggling desperately to get effective pain relief.

Try and stay focused on something if you can, it will make you feel like you have some control. Manage on ibuprofen and painkillers, naproxen is a popular one for endo as it is NSAID an anti inflammatory and pain killer just check all ingredients make sure you're not allergic etc

I have found this last few months so isolating my family and friends are so supportive but haven't a clue what it feels like. Feel so lonely.

I know how you feel. It is frustrating but you are not alone, there are millions just like you who share this same disease. Stay strong!

Thanks I have found really helpful talking in this group and knowing others are going through the exact same as me.
