Just when I thought things were a bit better today !!
How long have you been having the injections ?
Since the 18th of this month x thanks for your reply x
Sounds like you could be in the "flare" stage. This is when many women find their symptoms become dramatically worse. This usually calms down.
I hope it goes ok for you.

I had a period a few weeks after my first injection and it was the worst period I have ever had In terms of pain and it lasted 10 days 4-5days is normal for me. I haven't had a period since and I'm now on my 3rd injection. The nurse had told me to expect one period as the first injection actually over stimulates your ovaries (flare up as mentioned by someone above) she told me it would be very painful as the lining of your womb thins down more than a normal period ready for artificial menopause and then with each injection after that the ovaries should stop been stimulated and periods will stop. But she did say in very few cases periods continue throughout. I hope you are like me and you don't get another. On the plus side I felt much better after having a period and the swelling has gone down loads
Thanks for your reply it has really helped to reassure me I really hope everything settles down it really has been a nightmare at the minute an I was seriously considering stopping it all I have found it so difficult x
